Return & Refund Policy

All our products are hygienic and personal use items; therefore, exchanges and/or returns will only be accepted if the product is returned unused, unopened, and with all security and warranty seals intact, confirming it has not been tampered with. This policy DOES NOT apply to products in the Accessories category, which are final sale and do not allow exchanges or returns.

How to request an exchange or return?

  • Contact us within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order at the email: victoriastylebeautysupply@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the request.
  • A Victoria’Style Beauty Supply advisor will reply with instructions for shipping the product. Keep in mind that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the product is received and verified to be in its original state, we will proceed to make the corresponding refund.
  • From the total transaction value, the following will be deducted: The original shipping cost (if applicable), and an 8% charge corresponding to administrative fees and commissions of the payment gateway and banking system.
